Al Bousalah for Publishing & Distribution was established in November 2019 and is now located in Sharjah Publishing City, the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Al Bousalah for Publishing & Distribution is a member of the Emirates Publishers Association and holds a certain influence in the UAE. Since its inception, the publisher has swiftly integrated into the publishing sector of the Arab world, establishing a significant market presence. It has successively signed cooperation agreements with numerous well-known Chinese publishing institutions, such as Foreign Languages Press, CITIC Press Group, China Renmin University Press, Jieli Publishing House, 21st Century Publishing Group, Sichuan People's Publishing House, Shanghai Children's Publishing House, China Children's Publishing House, Shanghai People's Publishing House, and Jiangsu Phoenix Publishing & Media Inc. It has published a multitude of books that are highly popular among Arab readers, encompassing a wide array of genres including thematic books, cultural works, novels, and children's picture books.
To promote cultural exchanges between China and Arab countries, Al Bousalah for Publishing & Distribution collaborated with Wisdom House International Culture Communication Group Co.,Ltd. to develop and publish the first set of Chinese language textbooks tailored for Arab countries, titled "Wisdom Chinese Learning" K1-K12 (available in both children's and general editions). This textbook system has been recognized by both the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Education and the Center for Language Education and Cooperation (CLEC) in China. Additionally, Al Bousalah for Publishing & Distribution actively participates in major international book fairs such as the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair, Cairo International Book Fair, Beijing International Book Fair, Sharjah International Book Fair, and Algiers International Book Fair. Through activities like new book launches and reader exchange and sharing sessions, it promotes its publications. The publisher also invites leaders from domestic and international cultural departments and publishing associations, renowned authors, and experts and scholars to host forums.
